Whether it be former Palm Beach County State Attorney Barry Krischer treating them like prostitutes or federal prosecutors cutting a secret deal with Epstein in 2007 behind their backs, Epstein's victims have been degraded and discounted in the courts. And Thursday was more of the same as the “deal of the century” made by federal prosecutors — with a big assist from Krischer — appeared ironclad. The U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeal, in a 53-page majority ruling, found that victim Courtney Wild had no legal recourse to unravel the secret pact.
