Five years after nine patients accused a Delray Beach doctor of sexually assaulting them in his office, another woman has come forward with similar accusations. Dr. Manuel Abreu was charged with a misdemeanor count of sexual battery after a 37-year-old Port St. Lucie woman told Palm Beach County sheriff’s deputies the 51-year-old doctor groped her when she came to him for help with anxiety. Abreu, who beat two similar charges in 2016, will plead not guilty to the most recent charge when he appears in court on June 24, said attorney Jack Fleischman, who is representing the physician.
