Talaniue yesterday reported a fire at the Broadcasting Corporation of Niue (BCN) building in Niue yesterday morning. 

Investigations into the cause of the fire is still continuing but it is likely to have been caused by an electrical shortage. Several days ago staff reported an electrical shortage in one of the lights.
