Dating Coach, Karina Chapman, tells Mike this is a smart move. “After a long marriage, clarity is powerful.  It’s healthy to reflect on what truly matters in a relationship,” Karina says.

But are her standards too high at 58?

“Not necessarily,” Karina says.  “The key is balancing clarity with flexibility. When people create rigid
‘lists’, they can unintentionally close the door on great connections.

Know your values, be clear on what matters, but leave just enough room for someone wonderful to surprise you.

That’s where real connection often begins.”
