The latest report was met with public discussion over the report’s doom & gloom for Australia’s future if we don’t get the population growth booming following the COVID immigration lockdown.

 

Forecasting a slower population growth than that predicted in 2015, Australia's economy is expected to grow more slowly over the next 40 years while still having a large and ageing population that will continue to put greater stress on welfare and health services.
