More time on devices can be leading to more play fighting, rough hands at Kindy, difficulty getting to sleep, and poor appetite in the tired little minds and bodies of our kids. 

Bill Woods is joined by Michelle Worthington, Children’s Author & Screenwriter, on how to give your kids an end of year digital detox.

"Try a digital detox with no devices for one hour before bed and read them a book instead", says Ms Worthington.
