Ms Devine writes, ‘rather than act like gracious winners and trying to bring the country back together, the American Left is determined to make criminals out of anyone who supported Trump.’

 

‘Everyone agrees that the ­attack on the US Capitol last week was despicable. Trump supporters who attacked police and frightened politicians are being arrested and many will serve long sentences.’

 

‘But Democrats and their media boosters are applying a different standard of accountability to the two hours of mob violence in the Capitol riot than they ever did to seven months of mob violence in last year’s BLM-Antifa riots.’
