Alex shares some great and practical tips for how to deal with overwhelm and how to be open and honest with a friend you may need to confront about something so that resentments don’t build. She talks about the power of surrender and letting things go.

We chat about intuition and how important it is to come inside yourself, be grounded and feel what’s right for you. It’s all about balancing what you’re hearing from your head, your heart and your gut. 

Alex also opens up about how difficult divorce is and what it was like after separating from her husband of 35 years. Nicola, Di and Alex all share about the hard times they went through with the breakdown of their marriages and Alex describes these rock bottom moments, as a cracking open.
