Alex is also a trainer, a speaker, a Tony Robbins top coach, a literary agent and a small business owner. On top of all this, she’s a mum of 3 beautiful adult-aged children. 

In this chat, Alex talks about what it’s like to work as a coach and how she helps her clients with the different types of challenges they are facing. Alex shares some great and practical tips for how to deal with overwhelm and how to be open and honest with a friend you may need to confront about something so that resentments don’t build. She talks about the power of surrender and letting things go.
