The Colorado Phoenix Project has reached its 5-year milestone, and it is gaining momentum as they prepare for the year. Mike Wilkinson has been an integral part of the project since its inception, and his personal experience with child trafficking brings a unique perspective to the cause. They believe that the time is ripe to shed more light on the challenges faced by orphans and foster children. Regrettably, these issues often go unnoticed. It is their mission to give them a voice and the attention they rightfully deserve. In the coming year, they have an array of plans for our community, including events such as a 5K run, a fashion show, a benefit dinner, a silent auction, a golf tournament, and a poker tournament, to name just a few.
