Charlotte Blair,
Founder of The Strengths Partners, started her career as part of an IT sales team in a big telecommunications company. And as she did her job (which she mostly enjoyed), she discovered something that fascinated her and eventually led her to leave the corporate world and start her own business.
Charlotte is now a highly experienced Gallup-Strengths Certified Coach, consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of proven success managing relationships and developing business in highly complex sales environments.
