Hi, I am your host Jessica Ndenda, A mum of 6, Owner of 4 businesses and notorious for learning to do life differently surrounded by chaos, colour and laughter.For years, I thought being “too much” was a flaw. From high school to adulthood, money to motherhood, health to CEO life, I carried the story that something about me was broken; nothing worked for her like it did for other girls. Confidence is like a muscle

One of Jess's biggest lessons is to stop expecting your capacity to be the same as others. The capacity to want, care and do things as a too much girl will be clearly different to those around you often. Jess shares her journey of learning what her capacity is, learning to be ok with your capacity being different to the "worlds" expectations and releasing the expectations of others who have a different capacity.
