Mary Lawless Lee started Happily Grey, her fashion and lifestyle blog, while working as a critical care nurse, and ended up transitioning into working in digital media full time. She realized life wasn’t black and white and started living life in the grey – jumping in and not waiting until everything is perfect. 

This week, Mary discusses how to balance all the responsibilities of an entrepreneur and build, hire and grow a team that can compliment your strengths. She also talks about her love/hate relationship with social media, including tips on how to use social more effectively, such as to stop scrolling and try a digital cleanse. Living in the grey, she has been able to better maintain balance and get to a place with healthy boundaries.
