Following the extended COVID-19 intermission, there's still a sort of euphoria to seeing a fully staged musical at the Civic Center Music Hall. After the pandemic sidelined it for more than a year, the national tour of the musical "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" resumed Oct. 12 in Syracuse, New York, and is playing Oklahoma City through Oct. 31 at the Civic Center.
