Associate District Judge Stephen Bonner, a family law judge who started Cleveland County's family drug court program, will retire effective July 1st. Bonner, 75, notified courthouse employees of his decision Monday. His current caseload includes adoption and probate. He was appointed to the Cleveland County bench in 2003, and won re-election in 2010, 2014 and 2018, records show.
