A 240-unit luxury apartment complex at Chisholm Creek in northwest Oklahoma City is scheduled to begin construction in June. The developers bill the project "Oklahoma's first mixed-use development" and a community where residents can work, shop, dine and play without leaving the complex. Rockwood Capital, a Dallas-based, family-owned firm that focuses on multifamily development and acquisitions, will develop the apartments in three four-story buildings.
