He discussed how he got into this field, where he started and how his career has grown within the department. Bill talked about what's the most rewarding part of his career and hasn't retired even though he can anytime because he loves what he does.

He talked about the Maryland Hunter Education Program and how important it is for young kids to take this course. Chris also talked about what it takes to get this job and maintain it.
