LAST TUESDAY: Montgomery County Council Affirms Support for Reproductive Rights, Maryland Ballot Question


The issue is the use of the “every person” which does not exclude minors.  Sen Justin Ready ask that verbiage be added to exclude minors however his request was denied. If they said “adult” this wouldn’t be as much of an issue.  Again, this is not an amendment regarding abortion, it is an amendment that will take away a parents right to control the gender reassignment decisions or their minor child.
