Scott Smith, the father of the victim of the Stone Bridge High School sexual assault and who was arrested during the June 22, 2021 School Board meeting for speaking out and the Loudoun County School Board attempted to cover up his daughter's assault, joined WMAL's "O'Connor and Company" radio program on Monday to share an update about his case getting a special prosecutor.
