Two Northern Virginia moms Megan Rafalski of Loudoun County and Shawnna Yashir of Fairfax County joined WMAL's O'Connor and Company" radio program on Monday to discuss the optional mask executive order in effect on Monday.
Megan described how she was standing in the cold outside of Loudoun schools on Monday morning and not allowed to come in over the mask mandate in Loudoun schools.
Shawnna Yashir discussed how she plans to send a note to her children's school in Fairfax that she chooses to exempt them from the mask mandate. She said her son, who has a learning disability, has struggled with learning because of masks.
