The ongoing work to rule is said to be having a big impact on bins in Bundoran. 

It's understood public sector workers who are responsible for sweeping the streets and emptying bins are not currently carrying out these duties at weekends. 

As a result, its reported bins in Bundoran were overflowing this morning - it's believed there are similar incidents right across the county.
