People in Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal need more reassurance with fuel prices. 

That's according to Sligo Leitrim Sinn Fein Deputy Martin Kenny, as he and other TDs have returned to the Dail early from the summer recess to discuss delaying the reversal of cuts to excise duties on fuel.

It comes as Cabinet yesterday approved plans to extend the cuts to November, instead of phasing them out from the 1st of September.

Speaking to Ocean FM news from Leinster House this afternoon, Deputy Kenny says his party will telling the Government it needs to do more to help people:
