A Sligo representative of Fianna Fail Ógra says he is giving consideration in allowing his name to go forward to be co-opted on to the Local Authority in Sligo.

 

Pádraig Cawley is the Ogra international officer for the party and has confirmed that he would be interested in participating in the process for a selecting a replacement for former Councillor Tom MacSharry who stepped down from his role yesterday.

 

The Sligo party official says he will always champion the County at every opportunity and says that he will engage with the party during the process to select a new Councillor for the Sligo Brough.
