It's claimed that only five Gardai were on duty in the entire County of Sligo on Monday of last week. 

It comeas the North West has once again been allocated the lowest number of Gardai from Templemore. 

193 Gardaí were attested as sworn members of An Garda Síochána this morning with just eleven to be stationed across this region. 

141 are heading to the Dublin region. 

Independent Ireland Cllr Michael Clarke has again called for a great focus on the North West, saying the countless low allocation is totally unfair:
