A new training programme for creating a vision for sustainable and healthy food in Sligo is running from March to June 2026 at The Model, Sligo Town.

The free programme is organised by Taste 4 Success Skillnet in partnership with University College Cork. 

It is aimed at businesses and community members and will examine the environmental, social and health impacts of our current food system in the Sligo region.

Speaking with Ocean FM news, Bridie Corrigan Matthews at Taste 4 Success Skillnet explained some of the aims of the programme.
