It's been confirmed more beds at Killybegs Community Hospital will reopen in the coming months. 

11beds at the hospital are currently closed due to a lack of staff. 

However six beds are set to become available over the summer. 

Fine Gael Senator Manus Boyle had asked for a timeline and staffing plan for the hospital. 

Minister of State Kieran O'Donnell has given reassurances that efforts are ongoing to have all remaining beds as soon as the necessary staff are recruited:
