Firefighters remain at the scene of a huge overnight blaze at Cherrymore Kitchens in Donegal Town. 

Crews from all over south Donegal and beyond attended the scene and it took several hours to eventually bring the blaze under control this morning. 

The businesses premises has been significantly damaged as result.

An invesitgation will now be launched to determine the cause of the fire. 

Director of Emergency Services at Donegal County Council Garry Martin says the only small mercy is that there were no injuries:
