There's renewed calls for a clampdown on disobedient pet owners in south Donegal.

 

Dog fouling continues to be a major problem in some areas while it's also claimed there have been several instances of dogs off the lead.

 

The dog warden has scheduled an upcoming visit to a number of towns and villages in the south of the county.

 

Sinn Fein Cllr Noel Jordan believes this presents an ideal opportunity to carry out a surveillance and penalise those who are caught offending:
