There's renewed concern over the lack of homes to rent in the North West.

 

It's claimed there are a large number of families in Donegal alone who are in desperate need of somewhere to live. 

 

Independent Cllr Jimmy Brogan says it's clear there's not enough long term rental properties on the market.

 

He says a massive problem locally and urging people with a second house to consider letting it out to those who really need it:
