A Sligo Councillor has added her voice to the growing concerns around cannabinoids in vapes.

It comes as the HSE have found a number of chemical in vapes in shops and on the black market containing compounds also found in cannabis.

With schools starting to return, teachers are set to inform students of the dangers of unknown substances in vapes.

Member of the Regional Health Forum Marie Casserly says if one child is deterred from vaping, then it has done its job:
