Recent retirements and some changes to staff working hours are said to be resulting in huge deficits in the service right across the County.

It's claimed that vulnerable service users are being left without adequate care.

Cllr Gary Prior has requested an urgent meeting between the relevant bodies to see what additional supports can be urgently implemented:
