A Sligo Councillor says it would be criminal if issues surrounding Grange Post Primary School, St Edwards National School in Sligo and Coola Post Primary were not discussed with the Minister for Education today.

A delegation from Gaelscoil Chnoc na Ré and the Ursline College will meet with Hildegarde Naughton in Leinster House today.


The meeting was arranged after building projects at the respective schools has been stalled.

Sligo Councillor Marie Casserly says that there are also major concerns over a number of other schools in Sligo and she feels that they should also be discussed with the Minister.
