There's said to be not enough bus stops in Sligo catering to those with a disability.

 

Local people are said to have to travel long distances to get a bus that suits their needs.

 

It has led to calls on the National Transport Authority to put the necessary infrastructure in place along routes in County Sligo.

 

While a number of temporary measures are available at some stops, they're said to be unsuitable.
