There are renewed calls on the HSE to upgrade Collooney Primary Care Centre.

The current facility has not been upgraded for over a decade and its thought now the need has never been greater, owing to a huge increase in population.

It was previously confirmed that no such works were included in the HSE Capital Plan for 2026.

Local Ministers and TD are to receive a briefing in relation to the issue.
