A new planning application has been lodged to transform the old O'Donnell's Bakery site in Ballyshannon.

The proposal would see the long-derelict building redeveloped into modern padel courts, bringing a fast-growing sport to the area.

It's hoped the project will boost jobs, attract visitors, and add fresh energy to the Mall Quay.
