Construction of a major €7 million regeneration project in Drumshanbo is set to begin next month, with Crosserlough Construction due on site from April 14th.

The Exchange Project will transform the former Bank of Ireland building and surrounding properties into a new smart hub, workspace and riverside amenity.

The development also includes upgrades to the People’s Park and aims to boost business activity and job creation in the town centre.

Speaking to Ocean FM News, Cllr Enda McGloin says the long-awaited project will bring new life and opportunity to Drumshanbo.
