This country's Presidency of the EU will be up for debate at today's MacGill Summer School.

 

 

The Summer school was founded in 1981 in Glenties, Co. Donegal to celebrate the memory of local writer, Patrick MacGill with the second day of the event continuing today.

 

 

Former World Health Organisation Executive Director, Mike Ryan will address the event again this evening.
