A Leitrim TD says the latest fuel supports are once again falling short of proving adequate assistance to the public.

 

The measures - which are aimed at the agriculture, quarries, haulage, construction and fisheries sectors will be announced this morning.

 

The measures are being valued at 500 million euro.

 

The Sinn Fein Agricultural Spokesperson, Sligo Leitrim Deputy Martin Kenny the government should have acted sooner and can still do more the entire population.
