A Leitrim based member of the Sinn Fein Ard Comhairle has strongly criticised the decision of the FAI which is endorsing the fulfilment of the Men's Nations League games against Israel.

 

 

Michelle Brennan Shyabo was earlier this year elected to Sinn Fein's national leadership body, she has described the decision taken by the FAI as 'morally wrong' adding that delegates and Board officials were presented with a clear choice between genocide or six points.

 

The former local election candidate says she and her family have taken the decision to boycott the world cup in protest over political interference when it comes to the sport of soccer.
