Independent Councillor James Gilmartin says the issue also demands that there should be a rethink when it comes to level of resources being assigned to rural area by Gardai.

 

 

Irish Country Living says because of the shame and stigma of drug use in the farming community, farmers are selling their cattle to pay off their children's debt.
