€2 million in a funding allocation through the Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) Fund has been announced for the Four Masters GAA Club in Donegal Town.

 

The project is in partnership with the Bluestack Special Needs Foundation, to support the development of a new state-of-the-art clubhouse and community facility at Tir Chonaill Park.

 

 

The development will include a large accessible gym, a fully compliant Changing Places facility, community meeting rooms, an accessible kitchen, a large event space and lift access throughout the building.

 

The facility will provide important opportunities for inclusion, participation, health and wellbeing across the region.

 

 

Announcing the allocation this morning the Donegal Fianna Fáil TD, Pat the Cope Gallagher described the funding as hugely significant investment for Four Masters GAA Club, the Bluestack Special Needs Foundation and the wider Donegal Town community.
