It’s estimated that a crowd in excess of two hundred people attended a public meeting in Letterkenny yesterday evening to where concerns over the rising cost of living were expressed.

 

The meeting was facilitated by Sinn Fein and was staged in the Radisson Hotel.

 

During the meeting calls were made for an emergency cost-of-living package, including energy credits and increased supports for families to be introduced immediately.

 

Donegal TD Padraig Mac Lochlainn was in attendance at last night’s event.
