Donegal Cancer Flights and Services plan to hold a protest at the Dáil on Tuesday at 3pm over the threatened loss of the midday Donegal-Dublin air service.

The service, vital for patients attending Dublin appointments, is due to end next week.

Manager Mary Coyle believes six weeks of waiting for a response from the Department of Transport is too long, and the community has now mobilized for action.

Speaking to Ocean Fm news Manager of Donegal Cancer Flights and Services Mary Coyle says that it is vital the lunchtime Donegal-Dublin flight is retained.
