Many people have gathered at St. Colmcille's Church this morning for the funeral Mass of the late Tadhg Callaghan Carter,

Who sadly lost his life at Saturday's tragedy at the Donegal International Rally.

A book of condolence has also been opened today at St Eunan's College in his memory.

During the service, the local priest Fr Michael McKeever told mourners they had come together “not only to mourn a death, but to celebrate a life,” saying the teenager could not be defined by how he died.

He said the 15-year-old was deeply loved, describing him as a son, brother and friend whose humour, personality and spirit left a lasting mark.
