Lindsay Construction/Fathom Studios has applied for a development agreement on behalf of Stanfields Ltd. that would allow for a HUGE development at 1 Logan Street consisting of 523 dwelling units and almost 56-thousand square feet of office/commercial space in 7 buildings.
