The Global Syndemic, Food in the Anthropocene and calls for the great food transformation are just some of the not so little big things we're going to talk about in this episode with Dr. Jessica Bogard and Dr. Mario Herrero.
Mario is a Chief Research Scientist at CSIRO Agriculture and Food and an honorary professor of agriculture and food systems at the University of Queensland. Jessica is an accredited dietitian and public health nutritionist at CSIRO and a member of Mario's team. They are both involved in sustainable agriculture, food systems and nutrition research. And they were both contributors to one or more of the changemaking International reports that we'll be discussing today.
