Pedro Rodrigues Filho was a Brazilian serial killer who claimed to have killed more than 100 people; and became known as “Pedrinho Matador,” or “Little Pedro the Killer.” But what makes his story so bizarre is that he said many of his victims were criminals themselves, including people he claimed deserved to die. He was eventually convicted of numerous murders, spent decades in prison, and later reinvented himself online as a celebrity figure; earning comparisons to a real-life Dexter.
