Following on from part 1 of the Mariners Muse,
Katrina Beams is a lead navigator aboard the Antarctic research vessel Nuyina. Growing up on the West Tamar, working in the maritime industry was the last thing on her mind until she tried to get her flatmate a job.
Meanwhile, Andrew Hart love of fishing started at a young age and was destined to have a job in the media after writing a fishy story for the local newspaper. The Hook Line and Sinker television program ended 25 years on air earlier this year.
The show took Andrew and his co-host Nick Duigan to all corners of Australia and even to Europe with their mad-cap adventures.
