Lindsay Linton Buk recently published her book titled Women Shaping the West. The nearly 300 page book is a portrait collection of over 25 extraordinary Wyoming women whose lives, work, and personal stories embody the strength, spirit, and soul of the modern American West.
We speak with Buk as well as the Thoman sisters Mary and Laurie and her daughter Taylor, along with Hillary Walrath about their stories that helped Shape the West over the years and the legacy they are passing down to their children.
The timing of the release couldn't be more perfect with the United Nations designated 2026 as the Year of the Woman Farmer.
