The 8th annual Giving Day kicks off at noon today for the University of Wyoming. The tradition this year as you may know falls on homecoming week and certainly has some big shoes to fill following last year’s all-time record of 2.4 million dollars raised in just 24 hours.

Part of that was helped out by a matching fund put forward by UW Foundation Board and Clancy Rea, Director of Annual giving told me, last year the match was quickly met.
